The Dive

In March 2021, I joined BUCK full-time as a 2D Animator, a career milestone I celebrated by creating this short animation. Since then, my role within the studio has rapidly evolved. I advanced to Senior 2D Animator in 2022, and in 2024, I was elevated to Lead Animator and Motion Designer.

Over the past few years, my focus has naturally expanded from individual execution to creative leadership. I have had the privilege of directing incredibly talented, multidisciplinary teams, guiding rigorous visual R&D, and overseeing complex campaigns from initial concept to final delivery. Empowering artists, fostering a collaborative environment, and seeing a team's collective vision come to life at scale has become the most fulfilling part of my practice.

As I prepare to return to the studio this July following my paternity leave, I am incredibly energized for the next chapter. Balancing this new season of fatherhood with my passion for motion design has brought a renewed perspective to my work. I am eager to dive back in, lead new creative endeavors, and discover what we can build next.
