YouTube Shorts Mnemonic

In 2024, I was tasked with developing a mnemonic animation for YouTube Shorts. The brief presented a unique combination of creative and technical constraints, requiring both one-second and three-second variations engineered to scale seamlessly across all standard aspect ratios.

Beyond the final visual deliverables, the true complexity lay in the project architecture. The After Effects file needed to function as a highly versatile, intuitive template for future internal campaigns. To accomplish this, I built a modular system that allows teams to easily swap textures, update emojis, and modify color palettes from a centralized control setup. Balancing responsive motion design with a rigid, user-friendly template structure made this an exceptionally challenging and rewarding technical project.
